Hoy, 5 de junio, celebramos el día del Medio Ambiente.
Todos podemos hacer algo por mejorar nuestro entorno natural y evitar la contaminación.

Amphibians

Amphibians are vertebrates.

Amphibians are oviparous. They lay eggs on water.

Amphibians have wet skin.

Amphibians have four limbs.

Amphibians can walk.

Reptiles

Reptiles are vertebrates.

Reptiles are oviparous. They lay eggs.

Reptiles have scales.

Most reptiles have four limbs and a tail.

Most reptiles can walk.

But other reptiles can slither.

Birds

Birds are vertebrates.

Birds are oviparous. They lay eggs.

Birds have feathers.

Birds have four limbs: 2 wings and 2 legs.

Most birds can fly.

But some others can't fly.

Mammals

Mammals are vertebrates.

 Mammals are viviparous.

Mammals drink their mum's milk when babies.

Mammals have hair.

Mammals have four limbs.

Most mammals can walk.

But other mammals can swim or fly.

Types of animals

We can classify animals into two groups:

backbone - columna vertebral

There are 5 types of vertebrates:

Amphibians - anfibios

Mammals - mamíferos

Fish - peces

Reptiles - reptiles

Birds - aves
